Just recently I was presented with the opportunity to strike out on my own. Currently I'm seeking project work in the following areas:

• Information Technology including database and spreadsheet development; evaluation, installation, and configuration of software applications; optimization of existing software solutions for specific business applications; website development and maintenance, and; development of social networking solutions.

• Business Writing including grant writing, professional presentations, white/position papers, and blog/website content.

• Creative Writing - the more speculative aspect of the service portfolio but I think there may be some interesting opportunities here. Figure the best fit is experiential writing based on regional events.

• Photography . . . again, somewhat speculative but, take a look at the gallery under the photography section of the site. I'm more comfortable/effective photographing "things" than people. Opportunities I imagine here are along the lines of annual reports, promotional flyers and brochures, or even imagery for on the walls at the office.
